PWdBC, a 501 c 3 was formed to serve as a training program for individuals with a disability: physical, cognitive, or sensory who have the interest, talent and potential to pursue a career in the television and film industry or in the performing arts.

In order to conduct this training in an inclusive setting individuals without disabilities may be included.

These people will have a family member with a disability, be a professional support provider to a person with a disability, be a “job coach” or “job coach” in training or have some other close link to the community.

It is the intent of PWdBC and [with]tv that this program will, over time become a powerful resource for [with]tv but for other media companies as well desiring to employ people with disabilities.

This program is still in development and is not taking applications as of yet.
The IRS has designated PWdBC as a public charity-501 c 3 and as such PWdBC is allowed to accept tax-deductible donations. A Board of Directors exists. A Business Plan and initial operating budget are in development and upon completion will be available to potential donors. Until that time any and all questions should be directed to the Founder, Howard Renensland at howard@pwdbc.org.

Below are links to our Performing Arts and Film and TV brochures and applications. Please note that these are for sample purposes only. The applications are NOT meant to be completed and submitted.
